Why the Rubik App Is Not Opening and How to Fix It

If the Rubik Variant Images & Swatch app does not load on your browser while it works for other users, the issue is usually related to your local internet connection or network restrictions.


You can quickly test this by visiting the following page:

This is our server health check page.


  • If the page loads and shows ok, your network can reach our server.
  • If it keeps loading or never responds, your network is blocking access to our server.


What to Do if the Page Does Not Load


1. Check if you are using a VPN


VPNs sometimes block or reroute connections. Try disabling your VPN and test the link again.


2. Try using mobile data


Turn off Wi-Fi on your phone and open the link using mobile data.


  • If it loads on mobile data but not on your Wi-Fi, the problem is with your Wi-Fi network.


3. Home Wi-Fi restrictions


Even home routers or ISPs sometimes block domains. Try restarting your router or contact your internet provider and ask them to allow access to rubikvariant.com.


4. Office or corporate Wi-Fi


Office networks often block external domains for security. If you're on an office network, ask your IT team to add rubikvariant.com to the allowlist.


If the Page Loads but Rubik Still Doesn't Open


If the health check works but the app still doesn't load:


  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try an incognito/private window
  • Try a different browser
  • Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers, privacy blockers)
