Understanding Advanced Product Media Settings

Under Advanced settings, there are two options:

Overwrite main variant images in Admin

• If checked: The first assigned image will replace the main variant image in Shopify Admin.
• If unchecked: Your existing main variant images in Shopify will stay unchanged.

2. Overwrite image orders in Admin

• If checked: The image order in Shopify Admin will match the same order you assigned in Rubik.
• If unchecked: Shopify will keep the old image order and won’t update it.
